Think of us as your food specialist "yellow pages" enabling you to contact the Provider of your choice.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AGAINST POTENTIAL FRAUD, FOOD POISONING, OR THAT THE ESTABLISH HAS MET ALL LOCAL HEALTH CODES AND REGULATIONS SUCH AS A LICENSE TO COOK FOR OTHERS, OR USING COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FOOD PREPARER TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL CODES. WE CANNOT MONITOR EACH AND EVERY ESTABLISHMENT. IN THE EVENT THE DINING CUSTOMER HAS AN ISSUE IT HAS TO BE RESOLVED BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE FOOD PREPARER OR FOOD RESELLER.
Findhomefood.com may provide you with interactive opportunities on the Sites, including, without limitation, features such as user ratings and reviews, saved favorites, liked items and bookmarked restaurants, homebased preparer and food reseller (collectively, "Food Preparers"). You represent and warrant that you are the owner of and otherwise have the right to provide all information, comments, reviews, ratings and other materials and content that you submit, post and otherwise transmit to the Sites ("User Content").
User Content transmitted to particular parts of the Sites, including, without limitation, and/or Home-based Food Preparer pages, and certain Interactive Areas, may be posted in public areas on our Sites, including without limitation in a compilation format, and as such will be publicly visible and accessible.
